ご依頼・制作の流れ

依頼・見積
Requests & Quotations
お客様に当サイトの Contact の制作依頼フォームからご依頼のメールを送って頂きます。
デザイン持込のご依頼の場合はキャラクターデザイン・資料を提出して頂きます。お見積りの際に折り返しご連絡いたします。
2.
ヒアリング
Please make your request using the production request form in Contact.
If you have a design, please submit the documentation.
We will contact you when we give you the estimate.
提出して頂いた資料を使用し、ご要望や制作オプション等を
ヒアリングいたします。
ヒアリングの内容を反映した仕様から、再度お見積りをさせて頂きます。
Hearing
We will review your materials and hear to your requests and production options.
After reflecting the results, the estimate is made again.
ご契約
3.
Contract
仕様や詳細の打ち合わせ後、契約を締結いたします。打ち合わせ、契約は対面もしくはメールにて行います。
対面の場合はお客様に当事務所にお越し頂きます。
After a meeting, a contract is signed.
These are done either in person or via email.
If in-person, it will be done at our office.
Payment must be made via PayPal within 7 days of signing the contract.
Production will begin upon confirmation of payment.
Payment can be made in full or two installments.
4.
Production started
Before production, we measure the customer's body and create a mold (DTD).
You can DTD at our office or do it yourself and mail it to us.
The progress of production can be checked through the management tool.
制作にあたり、お客様の身体の計測、型取り（DTD)を作成させていただきます。当事務所にお越しいただき型取りをするか、ご自身で型取りをし型を郵送していただきます。
制作の進捗については管理ツールにて随時更新いたします。

Delivery
最終調整終了後に納品となります。事務所へお越しいただいた場合は【6.最終調整】の終了時に直接のお渡しか、宅急便にてご自宅まで郵送となります。
制作終了時にお客様による最終確認をしていただきます。写真もしくは実物による確認後にバランスチェックや微調整を行うために試着をしていただきます。
Final Check
最終確認
Please do a final check when production is complete.
We will request for you to confirm either by photos or checking the actual products, and then you will be asked to try on the fursuits for fine-tuning.

Delivery will be made after final adjustments are completed. Finished products will be shipped through EMS.
If you are picking up your order directly at our office, we will give it over to you after the [6. Final Check].
デザインはKemono Plusに依頼することができます。
現在はるるが担当しており、デザイン料として15,000円をいただきます。
About Character Designs and Materials
Please prepare a character sheet designed by yourself or by a designer.
Please prepare materials with at least two sides (front + back) of the character depicted.
Designs can be requested from Kemono Plus.
Currently, Loulou is in charge of this project and will charge 15,000 JPY as a design fee.
キャラクターデザイン・資料について
ご自身、またはデザイナー様にデザインして頂いたキャラクターシートをご用意ください。
資料はキャラクターが最低でも２面（正面＋背面）が描かれているものをご用意ください。
お支払いについて詳細
2回払いでのお支払いを希望の場合、契約時に50%、完成後に残りの50%をお支払いしていただきます。（お支払い方法は同一の方法でお願いします。）
PayPal ご利用の場合は PayPalの手数料3.6%+40円が商品代に別途加算されます。

基本納期は6ヶ月〜12ヶ月となります。納期が前後する可能性があります。
【6.最終確認】にて不具合が確認された場合、再調整後にご自宅に宅急便で郵送します。
Payment Details
If you wish to pay in two installments, please pay 50% at the time of contract and the remaining 50% after completion. (Payment must be made by the same method.)
If you use PayPal, PayPal's handling fee of 3.6% + 40 yen will be added to the product price.
Other
Basic delivery time is 6-12 months. Delivery time may vary.
If any defects are found at [6. Final Check], we will readjust and send it to your home by EMS.
